Contact us within 30 days to request a return. Change-of-mind returns must be unused, complete and in original packaging, with return delivery at your expense. Faulty items are returned for inspection at our expense.

Which pack should I choose?
Choose 12 heads for a small top-up. The 54-head pack costs R349 and saves R101, while 108 heads cost R599 and save R301, compared with the 12-head pack price per head. Both bulk packs include free delivery.
Can I order a refill pack whenever I need one?
Yes. Choose your pack size and place a single order whenever you need more heads. There are no automatic repeat charges.
Do refill packs include a handle and holder?
No. These packs contain refill heads only. If you need the handle and holder, choose a starter kit or a cleaning bundle.
How should I store unused refill heads?
Keep unused heads dry, away from children and pets, and follow the storage instructions supplied with your pack.
Will these heads fit every toilet-cleaning handle?
No universal fit is promised. Check the connector against your handle before use. Contact us if you need help checking compatibility.
Can I flush a used refill head?
No. Put used cleaning heads and their packaging in a bin. Never flush them.

30-day returns
Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your change-of-mind return. Items must be unused, complete and in their original packaging. You pay the return delivery cost. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we’ll confirm the refund. Any refund is handled in line with the circumstances of your return and applicable consumer requirements.
Faulty or damaged products
Please contact us with a description of the fault and clear photos or a video showing the issue. Faulty products must be returned to us for inspection. We arrange and pay for the return delivery. Once the fault has been confirmed, we’ll arrange an appropriate refund or remedy.
