How do I use it?
Attach a matching refill head, clean using the supplied product instructions, then release the used head into a bin. Keep the handle and unused refills in the holder between cleans.
Can I flush a used cleaning head?
No. Put used heads in a bin. Do not flush the heads or their packaging.
Does it fit refills from another brand?
Use only refill heads confirmed to fit this kit. We do not promise universal compatibility with other brands.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery is 8–11 business days after payment confirmation, with Aramex. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding South African public holidays.
What does delivery cost?
Aramex delivery takes 8–11 business days after payment confirmation. The 54- and 108-head refill packs include free delivery. The 12-head pack has R89.99 delivery. Other items have R89.99 delivery, with free shipping on orders from R799 after discounts. Delivery for a mixed order is confirmed at checkout.
Can I return my order?
Contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return. Change-of-mind items must be unused, complete and in their original packaging. You pay return delivery for change-of-mind returns. Faulty items are sent back for inspection at our expense.
Can I stock up on cleaning heads?
Yes. Choose 12 heads for R100, 54 for R349 or 108 for R599. The two bulk refill packs include free delivery. Savings compare the price per head with the 12-head pack rate.

30-day returns
Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your change-of-mind return. Items must be unused, complete and in their original packaging. You pay the return delivery cost. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we’ll confirm the refund. Any refund is handled in line with the circumstances of your return and applicable consumer requirements.
Faulty or damaged products
Please contact us with a description of the fault and clear photos or a video showing the issue. Faulty products must be returned to us for inspection. We arrange and pay for the return delivery. Once the fault has been confirmed, we’ll arrange an appropriate refund or remedy.
