Delivery within South Africa
Aramex delivery in 8–11 business days after payment confirmation. Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays.
One-time orders: R 89.99 delivery. Free from R 799.00 after discounts.
Free delivery on 54- and 108-head refill packs. The 12-head pack has R89.99 delivery. Delivery for mixed orders is confirmed at checkout.

30-day returns
Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your change-of-mind return. Items must be unused, complete and in their original packaging. You pay the return delivery cost. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we’ll confirm the refund. Any refund is handled in line with the circumstances of your return and applicable consumer requirements.
Faulty or damaged products
Please contact us with a description of the fault and clear photos or a video showing the issue. Faulty products must be returned to us for inspection. We arrange and pay for the return delivery. Once the fault has been confirmed, we’ll arrange an appropriate refund or remedy.
How to start a return
Go to Contact us, choose Return request, add your order number and reason, and include any useful photos or video links. Please contact us before sending a parcel so we can provide the return instructions.
